BlackBerry Scroll ball or Track wheel is not working
In this case sensitivity of the trackball/track-wheel might be less or track ball itself not working
Please follow the below steps to correct the sensitivity.

You can increase the sensitivity of your track ball by following procedure

• Option
• Screen and Keyboard
• Set Horizontal Sensitivity and Vertical Sensitivity to 100
